Designation: Sr. Logistics Executive (Male/Female both can apply)

Functional Role:

  • ⬥   Ensure timely dispatches of Goods, Arrangement of Transportation and Labour as per requirement.
  • ⬥   Cost Analysis and Cost Control of Depots or C & FA.
  • ⬥   Vendor development, framing contracts with logistics as well as other service provider.
  • ⬥   Preparing a checklist. arranging transportation and packaging and ensuring smooth dispatch at Local and Interstate
  • ⬥   Proper loading, preparing dispatch documents.
  • ⬥   Preparing GRN, Manpower scheduling and balancing on floor as per the roles required for optimizing the output
  • ⬥   Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
  • ⬥   Able to manage trouble shooting.
  • ⬥   Transport management should have handled and independently managed and directed all transportation / Cargo service (Air / Sea)
  • ⬥   Developing transportation relationships.
  • ⬥   Monitoring transport costs / Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices.
  • ⬥   Suggest and implement improvements needed to improve productivity of packers and reduce packing cost, and reduce transportation operational cost.
  • ⬥   Interdepartmental co-ordination between Inventory control / Sales manager / Head Office & Production Team at Plant

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferred Logistics/ Commercial Knowledge). Knowledge of Word and Excel should be able to plan / execute, be resourceful and have excellent co-ordination skills

  • ⬥   Collect and coordinate information and prepare regulatory documentation for submission to regulatory agencies or to commercial partners, advise on the submission strategy
  • ⬥   Timely compile materials for license renewals, updates and registrations
  • ⬥   Maintain regulatory files/databases and chronologies in good order. Establish and maintain system for tracking changes in documents submitted to agencies or partners
  • ⬥   Review labeling and labels for compliance with regulatory requirements
  • ⬥   Review changes to existing products and SOPs to define the requirements for regulatory submissions
  • ⬥   Provide the regulatory reviews of customer complaints and define the regulatory report ability.
  • ⬥   Documents preparation for ISO13485, CE Certificate (As per EU MDR).
  • ⬥   Work on a technical master file.
  • ⬥   Work on CERs (clinical evaluation report) as per EU MDR.
  • ⬥   Have knowledge about QMS (quality management systems).
  • ⬥   Reporting to regulatory authorities.
  • ⬥   Conducting internal quality audits.
  • ⬥   Responsibilities for initiating & closing product recall Process.
  • ⬥   Have experience or knowledge of European CE (MDD & MDR).
  • ⬥   Have knowledge of USFDA
  • ⬥   Other activities instructed by Manager.
