Cancellation and Refund

  1. Ord er Cancel before execution of manufacturing is 100% refundable within 7 working days from the payment receipt date.
  2. To request for a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details with commercial invoice.
  3. Goods once sold (after delivery) cannot be refunded nor returned nor can be cancelled in any situations.
  4. Any shortfall found in delivered quantities of products must be informed within two working days else it will not accepted.
  5. Order once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified in any situation.
  6. Refund for expired goods is impossible if not consumed within the expiry timeline.
